To all of our Partners in Grime, we welcome you to the 2009 Muddy Buddy Ride and Run Series! This unique trail running and biking race is sure to be fun and challenging for everyone. Both beginning athletes and experienced racers alike will have a great time along the course and through the obstacles, especially in the infamous Mud Pit! We can't wait to see you there, so grab a buddy and prepare to Get Dirty. Each race features a 6-7 mile course and 5 obstacles. At the start of the race, one team member will run and one will ride the bike. At the 1st obstacle, the rider will drop the bike, complete the obstacle, and begin running. The runner will arrive, complete the obstacle, find their bike, and begin riding. Teams will continue leapfrogging each other through the entire course. At the end of the race, racers will crawl through the infamous Mud Pit crossing the finish line together!

The La Jolla Half Marathon is one of America's most picturesque and challenging runs. Starting adjacent to the Del Mar Fairgrounds main entrance, the course follows a scenic route along the coast before reaching the challenging climb to the summit of Torrey Pines State Park. After leaving the park, the course continues the beautiful residential district of La Jolla Shores, and finishes on the grass in the park at La Jolla Cove.

THE SAN DIEGO MUD RUN is back for another round, offering a challenging 10k, an exciting 5k race, and a Youth Mini-Mud Run (1k) filled with obstacles, hill climbs, trail runs, and of course - plenty of mud to fill every "mudder's" desire! COURSE & CATEGORIES: The Mud Run is a challenging 10K run with hills, tire obstacles, river crossings, 4-foot walls with mud, tunnel crawls, slippery hill climbs, and 3 mud pits. BNP Paribas Open is an ATP Masters Series and Sony Ericsson WTA Tier 1 tour event. It is the 5th largest event in attendance next to the four Grand Slam tournaments. Held in the second largest tennis stadium in the world (stadium capacity: 16,100) at Indian Wells, CA, the BNP Paribas Open showcases the combined talents of both the best professional women and men tennis players. It is the world's fifth largest tennis event, and features a purse of over $5 million. The WTA Tour (women) main draw includes 96 top professionals (plus 48 qualifiers) and will compete over a two-week period. The ATP (men) main draw expanded in 2004 to a 96-draw, ten-day event and will compete simultaneously with the women.
