- I am currently a part of a Olympic development program as a middle distance track athlete. I train multiple times a day, I have two lifting sessions a week and three very intense sessions a week. I do a long run every week and this is where I get the most use out of this product. My long runs are always over 60 minutes and I like to get them done on somewhat of a empty stomach in order to preform. The gel has been great because it isn't too heavy and gives me just what I need in order to complete the run without suffering from any stomach issues. I sometimes even take one with me in case I feel the need for more and I always make use of it after I have completed my long run so that I can start the recovery process right away. I have noticed since using this product that I feel a lot stronger throughout my run and I am able to preform better overall. This is a great product, it is tasty and serves a great purpose. The best part about the product is that it is easy to carry around and simple to remember.
